Insomnia is a pretty common problem these days.Approximately 10-20% of people suffer from insomnia. Only 35% of Americans sleep eight hours or more per night during the work week. About 56% have one or more symptoms of insomnia a few nights a week or more.
Trouble sleeping can be from a variety of problems, and it is also a symptom of depression. I don't know about you all, but when I haven't gotten enough rest I feel plain ol' grouchy!
