Talks on sex, orgasms, and picking up girls will all be a part of Yale college student's sex week. Students will also receive free porn videos and have a contest for what female student looks most like a porn star. I think it's a bunch of crap. People don't realize... well some do... young people that aren't married or haven't dealt with married couples don't realize what porn and promiscuity can do to your ability to be intimate in a monogamous relationship. I think this type of promotion is a load of crap that is miss informed propaganda which reeks of naivety.
I agree whole heartily! I discussed this with another couple and they thought it to be "sick."

Most colleges have something similar to that, just not as extreme as giving out porn. Either way, I think it's ridiculous and messed up. Plus, that type of thing just increases the amount of exploitation of females and misogyny in general. I hate when I hear some female making a comment about it, but yet the person making the statement is totally buying into the whole ordeal with what they're wearing, how they act, ..and listening to rap music, I mean seriously, I've never listened to rap music because it annoys me, but my room mates listen to it, and some of the things I overhear, all I can think is "wow, that was actually just said?" and then thinking about audience listening to it...and it's effect upon them...mostly just scares me.
It makes me sick. PERIOD!
