Even though God is no longer on this earth physically, we who choose to follow God have His spirit in us. Present with us. We can have a present relationship with God the Creator and experience his love, his goodness, his light, and his willingness to be present. If there is nothing else to give you happiness, nothing else to give you joy - the very fact the God, the Creator, the powerful God - chose to become a human to show his love for you, that is enough. It is enough for me. To fill me with joy. Because God has been a human he understands me. He gets my weaknesses and problems. And he went through all of it to show us His amazing love. God shows and clearly proves His love for us by the fact that while we were still sinners, Jesus died for us. (Rom. 5:8 amp)
