I remember how quickly things have "fallen in an instant" in the past and how "quickly the tides can turn/have turned"...and that kind of helps me to take it all with a grain of salt and to take it all in stride. :-)
That's a hard one. I feel like the more the Lord uses me, the more I can find myself in that state of pridefulness. I just always remember that I am NOTHING without Him and when I start thinking I can do things on my own, He changes my circumstances and He makes me rely fulling on Him.
I'm Debbie, by the way. :o) I saw your post on the Ministry Wives blog and thought I'd say hello!
This blog is my personal take on life, counseling, and culture. In no way should this writing take the place of professional help in your life or relationship.
